The Cipressini of Castellaccio are two ancient stone houses situated on the slope with a view of Val d'Elsa. Luxuriously renovated and tastefully furnished, the two houses offer absolute privacy. A large swimming pool with breathtaking views is available for our guests.
Our houses
Both houses are beautifully furnished and equipped with every comfort. They include a large living room, bedroom, kitchen, and a reserved outdoor area. The houses can be booked individually or in combination (up to 7 guests). Each structure has everything you need to make you feel at home! If you book both of the houses you'll have an exclusive access to the swimming pool, the garden and all of the common spaces.

Cipressini Sole
A completely independent ancient stone barn, where you can feel at home even if away from home.
A spacious and elegant environment, spread over two levels, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped Tuscan-style kitchen with everything you need to cook whenever you want, a large living room with a fireplace, and a double sofa bed. The view from the window is absolutely breahtaking.
On the lower floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a study area, built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with a shower, window, and marble finishes.

Cipressini Luna
An ancient stone stable, where time flows slowly, and you don't need to watch the clock. The house was completely renovated in the early 2000s'.
This house is perfect for a holiday. The main services are arranged on two levels, designed for a maximum of 3 people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace – truly charming when lit in winter! – and a sofa that, when needed, turns into a French bed.
On the above floor, there is a spacious double bedroom, a study area, a large wardrobe, and, right next to it, a modern bathroom with a shower and a window overlooking the garden.

Here at Cipressini del Castellaccio, everything around you is nature. Open yourself to a multisensory journey in the heart of Chianti Classico. You can train your five senses, and if you allow yourself to let go of everyday worries, perhaps even your "sixth sense" will activate.

Located strategically within a 4-hectare property with alternating olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, the Cipessini offer guests the opportunity to enjoy naturally sunny or shaded spaces with views of picturesque glimpses typical of the Chianti landscape.
Hearing
No honking, no noise, only the luxury of silence. Well, of course, Teo might greet you with a WOOF every now and then.
Touch
Barefoot in the grass or lying on the bed to test the softness of the mattress... everything at Cipessini feels just perfect to the touch.
Taste
We are in the homeland of food and wine where a glass of Sangiovese with a slice of good pecorino and finocchiona is a must.
Smell
Breathe calmly, feel the scents of the flowers, the fresh air that enters and rejuvenates you.
